Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc, is seeking a highly skilled Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic recruiting team and help us attract top talent in the IT industry. As a Technical Recruiter, you will work with a small team to help identify, attract, vet, and hire top technical talent for our organization and our partners. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies. Your deep understanding of complex technical requirements and the IT industry will be crucial in finding the right candidates for our technical roles.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers and stay on top of our partners' hiring portals to understand technical staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top technical talent.
  • Elaborate comprehensive job descriptions which accurately capture the profile of the talent to be onboarded, with a strong emphasis on the correct team fit and soft skills.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Conduct screenings and schedule technical interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and qualifications.
  • Perform interview de-briefs with candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future technical roles, while maintaining organization in our Applicant Tracking System.
  • Ensure candidate flow through all stages of screening, technical testing, technical interviewing, and client interviewing.
  • Ensure strong communication with the rest of the recruiting and interviewing team throughout the process.
  • Efficiently obtain and organize the necessary paperwork for background checks, reference checks, and onboarding.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.


Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of proven experience as a Technical Recruiter in the IT industry.
  • Deep understanding of complex technical requirements and the IT landscape.
  • Strong sourcing and networking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), technical testing platforms, and recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Job Benefits:

  • Competitive full-time salary range based on education and experience of $70,000-90,000 USD base.
