Lead, Workday Processes (hybrid, Washington DC)
Job summary:
Next Generation, Inc, an equal-opportunity employer, is seeking a full-time Workday Process consultant to lead client workshops, and help drive the HR and Finance operations to the next level. This role is initially on site in Washington DC and has the potential to become a hybrid role. You will be responsible for analyzing current business processes and introducing best practices, improvements and optimizations along side client SME’s. A high level of Prism knowledge/experience is necessary for this role as you will be leading a team that works with it.
Job requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Deep knowledge of Workday processes, including configuration and implementation.
• Proven experience leading and managing a team, including excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to be on-site 3 days per week in the Washington, DC office.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
