Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced UKG/Kronos Project Manager with expertise in system integration and migration to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully managing complex Kronos implementation projects, integrating with Boomi, and leading migration efforts. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, as well as UKG certification.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Kronos implementation projects from initiation to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and status reports, and communicate project progress to stakeholders.
- Oversee the integration of Kronos with other systems using Boomi, ensuring seamless data flow and functionality.
- Manage the migration of data from legacy systems to Kronos, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.
- Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Coordinate with technical teams, including developers, testers, and system administrators, to ensure successful project execution.
- Provide leadership and guidance to project team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Conduct post-implementation reviews and identify areas for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to Kronos, Boomi integration, and system migration.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or relevent experience.
- UKG Certification.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a focus on Kronos implementation and integration.
- Proven experience with Boomi integration platform.
- Strong understanding of Kronos Workforce Central, Workforce Dimensions, and related modules.
- Experience with data migration from legacy systems to Kronos.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification preferred.
