Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc, an Equal Opportunity Employer, is seeking a skilled SAP Security SuccessFactors/GRC Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in SAP Security, SuccessFactors Role Based Permission, SAP GRC Access Controls, and SAP ECC Security. This role involves managing day-to-day tickets and tasks related to SuccessFactors/GRC security, as well as generating daily, weekly, and monthly reports. The position is remote from anywhere in the US, with occasional on-site client visits.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle support tickets related to SuccessFactors and GRC security tasks.
• Process GRC requests, including manual GRC activities.
• Manage SuccessFactors Security with Employee Central, Onboarding, and Compensation modules.
• Maintain and analyze SuccessFactors change audit logs.
• Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless support and coordination.
• Prepare and analyze reports, performing required manual tasks.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience with SAP Security, SuccessFactors Role Based Permission, SAP GRC Access Controls, and SAP ECC Security.
• Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors Security, including Employee Central, Onboarding, and Compensation modules.
• Ability to handle support tickets and process GRC requests efficiently.
• Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
