Senior Interface Lead (Oracle HCM and ERP Integrations)

Job Summary:

Next Generation, Inc, an Equal-Opportunity Employer, is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interface Lead to oversee HCM (Human Capital Management) and ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) integrations within Oracle. This role will be pivotal in ensuring seamless integration processes, enhancing system efficiency, and supporting our business operations. This role is hybrid, requiring part-time on site in Alexandria, Virginia.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design, development, and implementation of HCM and ERP integrations within Oracle.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop and maintain integration architecture and documentation.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
  • Stay updated with the latest Oracle technologies and integration best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with data security and privacy regulations.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in HCM and ERP integrations, with a focus on Oracle.
  • Strong understanding of integration tools and technologies such as Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle SOA Suite, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Proven experience in leading integration projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, with frequent travel to the Washington, DC area.
